Section 28(c) in The Punjab Capital (Development and Regulation) Building Rules, 1952
(c)Where Indian type water-closet is installed in a two or more storey building or part of such a building and the vent pipe is carried in a duct, the minimum dimension shall be 3' - 0" in width and 4' - 6" in length;
