Section 3(c) in The Professional Examination of Power Engineers for Thermal Generation Regulations, 1988
(c)the Chairman O.S.E.B. may, for reason to be recorded in writing, exempt an Engineer from passing the examination fully or in part if he is satisfied that the Engineer has acquired sufficient knowledge and practical experience.
