Control over Deputy Commissioners and Deputy Collectors - In the performance of their duties and exercise of their powers under this Act, Deputy Commissioner shall be subject to the general direction and control of the Commissioner and the Board, and Deputy Collectors exercising functions of the Deputy Commissioner shall also be subject to the direction and control of the Deputy Commissioner.
