Section 1 in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Multi Year Distribution Tariff) Regulations, 2015
1. Short Title and Commencement.
- 1.1 These regulations shall be called the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Multi Year Distribution Tariff) Regulations, 2015.1.2These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their notification in the Official Gazette.
