Section 14(3) in Pepsu Road Transport Corporation Rules, 1977
(3)[ The Chief Accounts Officer shall be entitled to pay in the scale of Rs. 1,400- 60=1,700/75-2,000/100 2,400, along with usual allowances :Provided that he is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, of an associate of the Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India or a Master of Business Administration with specialisation in Financial Management having at least three year's experience in maintenance of accounts or preparation of budget and balance-sheet or auditing and financial management in a Government or a semi-Government or a Private reputed commercial concern; or Chief-Accounts Officer of the Finance Department:Provided further that a Government employee on deputation to the Corporation shall be allowed pay admissible to him from time to time in his parent department plus deputation allowance as sanctioned by the State Government from time to time.
