Section 32 in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
32. Estate Officer.
(1)The Estate Officer of the University shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the custody, maintenance and management of the buildings, lawns, gardens and other properties of the University.(2)The Estate Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be conferred or imposed upon him by the Statutes.
