Section 32(1) in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
(1)The Estate Officer of the University shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the custody, maintenance and management of the buildings, lawns, gardens and other properties of the University.
