Section 14(14) in The Central Motor Vehicles (Accreditation of Bus Body Builders) Order, 2007
(14)Confidentiality: The members of the Zonal Accreditation Board, assessors and National Accreditation Board officials shall be required to maintain strict confidentiality of the information gathered regarding the Bus Body Builders during the process of evaluation for grant of accreditation. National Accreditation Board shall impose the same obligation of maintaining secrecy on those to whom they entrust the tasks of a confidential nature, as described above.
