Section 10(1) in The U.P. Consolidation Department Ministerial and Drawing Staff Service Rules, 1980
(1)A candidate for direct recruitment to the posts, to which recruitment is to be made in accordance with the Subordinate Offices Ministerial Staff (Direct Recruitment) Rules, 1976, must be within the age-limits laid down in the said rules.
