Section 71(6) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(6)No person who has, directly or indirectly, by himself or through his partner or agent, any share or interest in any contract by or on behalf of the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.], or any employment under, by or on behalf of the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] otherwise than as an officer or employee thereof, shall become or remain an officer or employee of the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.].
