12A. [ District Committees. [Inserted by M.P. Act No. 25 of 1979 (w.e.f. 22-6-1979).]
(1)There shall be constituted a District Committee in each district consisting of such number of persons as may be prescribed.(2)Every district committee shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be entrusted to it by the Board.(3)Every district committee shall follow such procedure as the Board, by regulations, provide.]
