63. Withdrawal of candidature.
(1)A time of thirty minutes shall be allowed to the contesting candidates for withdrawal, if any.(2)The withdrawal of the candidature shall be in Form-9.(3)On receiving the notice of withdrawal under sub-rule (2) as soon as may be, a notice of withdrawal shall be caused to be published in Form-10.
