- 28.1 In the Planning area or areas where various use zones, residential, commercial, industrial, administrative, institutional, open space uses, transport & communication, green belt, natural drainage channel and water bodies having their zonal boundaries have been indicated, they shall be regulated as per the Table 4. Except as otherwise provided no structure or land hereinafter shall be used and no structure shall be erected, re-erected or altered unless its use is in conformity with these bye laws.28.2For all non-confirming land use, no expansion shall be permitted. At the time of redevelopment, stipulated zoning regulations shall be followed.
