9. delegation of powers.
- (i) As regards Administrative and Financial Powers, the Chairman of the Commission would exercise the powers of the Head of Department.(ii)The Chairman of the Commission shall delegate the duties of examination controller to one of the members and the duties of Administrative matters to the other member.
