15. Costs
(1)Any cost deriving from the enforcement of this Agreement shall be borne by the Receiving State, except for costs incurred exclusively on the territory of the Transferring State.(2)The Receiving State may, however, demand or seek to recover all or part of costs of transfer from the sentenced person or from any other source.Article 16
