25. Repeal and saving .-(1) Save as otherwise provided in these regulations, the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure, Terms and Conditions for Grant of Transmission License and Other Related Matters) Regulations, 2003 are hereby repealed.
(2)The projects approved by the Commission prior to commencement of these regulations shall be treated as special projects and these regulations shall apply to such projects from the date of commencement of these regulations.FORM IApplication Form For Grant Of Transmission License
