9. Books of blank passes to be supplied to persons authorised to issue them or the Gram Panchayat.
(1)When the Divisional Forest Officer authorises any officer or person under clause (B) and (C) of Rule 4 to issue transit passes, he shall furnish such officer or such person, or the Gram Panchayat from time to time with authenticated books of blank passes.(2)The authorised person or Gram Panchayat, to whom such book is supplied, shall pay the sum if as fixed under sub-rule (3) of Rule 6.(3)The person, who has been authorised to issue passes, shall issue transit passes only in accordance with the conditions of his authorisation.
