Section 1 in Jammu and Kashmir Tenancy (Stay of Ejectment Proceedings) Act, 1966
1. Short title and extent
(1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Tenancy (Stay of Ejectment proceedings) Act, 1966.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the Jammu and Kashmir State.
