Section 27(2) in Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017
(2)The term of office of the members of die Academic Council other than ex-officio members shall be three years:Provided that a member specified in the clauses (iii) and (iv) of sub-section (1) shall cease to hold office as such member if he ceases to be a Dean of a Faculty, or as the case may be, a member of the respective faculty.
