2. Adoption of International Regulations.
- The International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972 and Annexures annexed thereto, which are set out in the Schedule appended to these regulations, are hereby adopted and they shall be deemed to be regulations framed by the Central Government under section 285 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958).The Schedule(See regulation 2)International Regulations For Preventing Collisions At Sea, 1972
