38. Balance sheet and income and expenditure account.
(1)The balance sheet, income and expenditure account and statement of sources and application of funds of the Board shall be prepared in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed.(2)The Board shall cause the books and accounts of the Board to be balanced and closed in each year as on the thirty-first day of March.
