14. Authorities of University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(1)The Court,(2)The Executive Council,(3)The Academic Council,(4)The Faculties,(5)The Board of Post graduate Teaching and Research,(6)The Boards of Studies,[(6-A) The Finance Committee, [Clauses (6A) and (6B) were inserted by Gujarat 7 of 1987, Section 9.](6-B) The Planning Board.](7)Such other Boards and bodies of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
