Section 12(ii) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(ii)The Secretary shall also maintain a leave account for each employee in the proforma prescribed by the Government for the leave account of its employee immediately after completion of his service in the Board for one year.
