Section 6(iii) in The Rules for Grant of Special Scholarships to Students of Backward Classes, 1963
(iii)The Director shall then forward the applications to the concerned institutions with a request for admitting the student in the order of preference laid down by the committee. Action for grant of scholarship shall be taken after the student is admitted at the institution.
