Section 6 in The Rules for Grant of Special Scholarships to Students of Backward Classes, 1963

6.

(i)The Director shall at the ensuing of academic year issue a notice specifying number of seats available in various institutions and the due date of receipt of applications. Applications in response to such notices shall be received by him or any other authority specified by him. No applications received after the expiry of the notice period shall be entertained.
(ii)[All applications shall be scrutinized by the Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner, and those found to be in order shall be placed before the committee consisting of the following:- [Substituted by Notification F. 9 (4)(85) Schedule/SWD/73-74, SO 147, dated 2-3-1974.]
(1) Director, Social Welfare Department, Rajasthan, Jaipur. Chairman,
(2) Director, Primary and Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner Member.
  OR  
  His nominee not below the rank of Dy. Director Member
(3) Dy. Director (Women), Education Department Member]
(iii)The Director shall then forward the applications to the concerned institutions with a request for admitting the student in the order of preference laid down by the committee. Action for grant of scholarship shall be taken after the student is admitted at the institution.
