Section 226(1) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(1)Before giving a receipt to the payer, the Amin shall fill in Columns 1 to 11 and sing in Column 12 both on the counterfoil 'A' and on the receipt, duplicate 'A' of Z.A. Form 64. Columns 13 and 14 meant for the progressive total in the counterfoil, shall also be filled in.
