Section 6(1) in The Punjab State Legislature Members (Pension and Medical Facilities Regulation) Rules, 1984
(1)The pension under the Act shall be drawn by the Pensioner from the treasury in the manner in which a retired Class I Officer of the State Government draws his pension.
