Section 9(1) in Punjab Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2001
(1)A Board of Examiners shall be constituted for the State of Punjab consisting of the Chief Inspector, the Deputy Chief Inspector or an Inspector nominated by the Chief Inspector and not less than three other members to be appointed by the State Government from time to time, having adequate theoretical and practical knowledge of modern boiler technology including accessories, instrumentation and control and prime movers thereof.
