9. Constitution of the Board of Examiners.
(1)A Board of Examiners shall be constituted for the State of Punjab consisting of the Chief Inspector, the Deputy Chief Inspector or an Inspector nominated by the Chief Inspector and not less than three other members to be appointed by the State Government from time to time, having adequate theoretical and practical knowledge of modern boiler technology including accessories, instrumentation and control and prime movers thereof.(2)The Chief Inspector shall be the ex officio Chairman and the Deputy Inspector or the Inspector, as the case may be, shall be the Member Secretary of the Board of Examiners.
