Section 44(2) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 1965
(2)The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, exempt any class of co-operative societies from taxes on-(a)agricultural income:(b)sale or purchase of goods;(c)professions, trades, callings and employments; and(d)any other tax, surtax, duty or surcharge levied or imposed-(i)by or under any other law for the time being in force; or(ii)by any local authority.
