29. Budget.
(1)The Board shall, by such date in each year as may be fixed by the State Government prepare and submit to the State Government the budget for the next financial year shewing the estimated receipts and expenditure.(2)The State Government may sanction the budget as submitted to it with or without modifications as it deems proper.(3)The Board may submit a supplementary budget for sanction of the State Government in such form and by such date as may be prescribed.
