Section 29(1) in The M.P. Samaj Ke Kamjor Vargon Ke Liye Vidhik Sahayata Tatha Vidhik Salah Adhiniyam, 1976
(1)The Board shall, by such date in each year as may be fixed by the State Government prepare and submit to the State Government the budget for the next financial year shewing the estimated receipts and expenditure.
