20. Powers of Jagir Commissioner to make over matters before him to Collector etc.
(1)The Jagir Commissioner shall have power to make over any matter pending before him to any Collector, Assistant Collector or Tehsildar having jurisdiction in the place to which such matter relates for inquiry and report.(2)Upon receipt of the report made under sub-rule (1) the Jagir Commissioner or Additional Jagir Commissioner shall afford all persons, including the Government, affected thereby an opportunity to lodge objections against the same and after hearing them, if they appear, with respect thereto and with respect to the objections, if any, lodged by them, may pass such orders as he deems reasonable and proper.Chapter-V Resumption of jagir lands
