Section 20(1) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Resumption of Jagirs Rules, 1954
(1)The Jagir Commissioner shall have power to make over any matter pending before him to any Collector, Assistant Collector or Tehsildar having jurisdiction in the place to which such matter relates for inquiry and report.
