(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely :-(a)the manner of service of the order referred to in sub-section (4) of section 3 ;(b)the manner of determining gross produce from any land;(c)the manner of determining money value of the gross produce from any land.
