12. Power to make rules.
(1)The State Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely :-(a)the manner of service of the order referred to in sub-section (4) of section 3 ;(b)the manner of determining gross produce from any land;(c)the manner of determining money value of the gross produce from any land.
