Section 10(1) in The Punjab Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Act, 1953
(1)The scales or weights used in any cotton ginning or cotton pressing factory shall be those prescribed by the State Government under the Punjab Weights and Measures Act, 1941 (Act XII of 1941).
