(5)Certification Regarding Structural Safety in Design. - The Registered Structural Engineer on Record (SER) shall give a certificate of structural safety of design as per Proforma given in Form8 in Annexure - XIV at the time of completion and structural inspection report as per proforma given in Form 9 at different stages of construction.
