Section 9(i) in M.P. Farmers' Organisation Rules, 1999
(i)One month before the onset of the Kharif season, the Project Committee shall, subject to such directions as may be given by Government from time to time, work out the anticipated inflows and existing availability in the reservoir and work out the water allocation to all the Distributory Committees; the Distributory Committees in turn shall allocate the water made available to Water Users' in its jurisdiction ;
