(1)There shall be paid from the Grama Fund to the Sarpanch and members of a Panchayat, travelling allowance for any work of the Panchayat outside the Panchayat area in the following manner.(i)for journey by train and bus, the actual fare paid, and(ii)Daily allowance at the rate of Rs. 40/- (forty rupees) only per day or any part thereof.]
