44. Pay of re-employed persons.
- The pay of any person who may be employed in the Institute after retirement from the service of the Institute or of a State or the Central Government or any statutory or local body administered by the Government shall be fixed in the prescribed scale of pay in accordance with the rules and orders of the Central Government as amended from time to time.
