Section 89(1) in The M.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999
(1)The licensee shall furnish to the Commission the conditions of supply. The Commission may direct, from time to time, the model conditions of supply to be adopted by the licensee, with such variations as the Commission may permit.
