Section 10(1) in Veterinary Council Of India Regulation, 1991
(1)In furnishing the report etc the President it shall be the duty of a visitor to give his opinion categorically about the sufficiency or otherwise of each institution examination inspected by him and also to record therein whether;(a)the examination was properly conducted;(b)the questions for such examination were framed having regard to the Standards of the education imparted, and(c)the teaching facilities available in the veterinary college, hospital or other institution in which veterinary education is given are sufficient.
