Section 21 in Himachal Pradesh Bovine Breeding Act, 2019
21. Penalties.
(1)Any person who contravenes or violates any provision of this Act or rules made thereunder, shall be punished with a fine of one lakh rupees which can be extended to five lakh rupees or with rigorous imprisonment upto three years, or both.(2)The fine so imposed, may be recovered from the person concerned, as arrears of land revenue.
