Section 21(1) in Himachal Pradesh Bovine Breeding Act, 2019
(1)Any person who contravenes or violates any provision of this Act or rules made thereunder, shall be punished with a fine of one lakh rupees which can be extended to five lakh rupees or with rigorous imprisonment upto three years, or both.
