Section 6(6)(ii) in Haryana State Central Co-operative Bank's Staff Service (Common Cadre) Rules, 1975

(ii)The Administrative Committee shall have the power to allow upto two advance increments in the Pay-Scale for the particular grade at any time to any of the employees on the recommendation of Manager.
