Section 6(6) in Haryana State Central Co-operative Bank's Staff Service (Common Cadre) Rules, 1975
6.2(i)The rates of dearness allowance and other allowances would be equal to the allowance admissible under the Government Rules from time to time.(ii)The Administrative Committee shall have the power to allow upto two advance increments in the Pay-Scale for the particular grade at any time to any of the employees on the recommendation of Manager.
