Section 30(30) in The Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Guidelines for Establishment of Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2011
30.2The licensee may make an application to the Commission and seek suitable orders to remove any difficulties that may arise in the establishment of the Forum, as per these Regulations.
