30. Power to remove difficulties.
- 30.1 If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of these Regulations, the Commission may by general or special order, direct the licensee to take suitable action, not being inconsistent with the Electricity Act, 2003, which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing difficulties.30.2The licensee may make an application to the Commission and seek suitable orders to remove any difficulties that may arise in the establishment of the Forum, as per these Regulations.
