Section 28(1) in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
(1)There shall be a Director of Research who shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor of the University for the direction and co-ordination of research programmes in the fields concerned as set forth in section 37 of this Act, and efficient working of the research stations.
